These Terms govern access to DDingERP, a private ecommerce operations and advertising analytics platform operated by Dongding Commerce.

Authorized Use

DDingERP is intended for authorized business users only. Users may access the platform solely for internal ecommerce operations, advertising reporting, campaign monitoring, and business analytics.

API Data

Data retrieved from TikTok Business API or other authorized integrations must be used only for legitimate business purposes, including reporting, budget optimization, performance analysis, and dashboard visualization for authorized accounts.

Restrictions

• Users may not sell, resell, sublicense, or distribute API data to third parties.
• Users may not use the platform for unauthorized account access, scraping, abuse, or policy violations.
• Users may not attempt to bypass authentication, security, or usage controls.

Service Availability

We maintain the platform for internal operations and may update, restrict, or suspend access when required for security, maintenance, or compliance.
